'12 Cedar Point, Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Niagra Falls
This Summer I wanted to share vacation with my youngest niece, and Bridget was kind enough to oblige me. When collecting Amber in Syracuse she explained she is not fond of hieghts or things that go too fast. Then her best friend, Cloe, whom was also coming along, informed us she was still recovering from a concussion while playing soccer. We thought the Extreme Swing would be a good place to start. There is virtually nothing holding you in place and absolutely *nothing* to hang on to. A small brace covering part of your lap is all that keeps you from falling out. No that's not correct. You *do* fall out! The hunk of plastic over your lap suspends you in the air so you do not plumet to the pavement below.
Yee-haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Umm, yeah, ... actual
dinosaurs walking through the woods...
... looking for people who stray off the path, ...
... and feeding on them!
Somehow we needed to get
on the coasters where it was much safer.
Eventually, we found
ourselves in line for the winner of Best
Coaster in the USA.
Yes,
this picture is actually in focus!
Later, I thought
M&M's would make a nice snack, ... but I was apparently wrong.
Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, ... where we watched an hour plus film of U2 in 3D, ... something the youngsters really *suffered* through!
Bridget learning to play
guitar ... in the rain.
Quite appropriate
considering the featured exhibit on the top floor was ...
The Greatful Dead and my fvorite song of theirs is Box of Rain.

Cloe and Amber on the
Maid of the Mist.
I was thrilled to be able
to get a shot of the American Falls, the Horseshoe Falls
and Maid of the Mist all in the same frame.

"Look everyone ... I'm
freakin' soaked!"
No way to avoid *this* on the walk under the falls!
